2018 Autumn Semester Degree Conferral Ceremony

The 2018 Autumn Semester Degree Conferral Ceremony was held on September 14, 2018. A total of 18 Masters and seven Ph.D. students earned their degrees in Information Studies from the Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Information Studies. Among the 18 Masters students, there were eight ITASIA students who received their degrees from Dean Hideyuki Tanaka at the ceremony held in Fukutake Learning Theater. The larger Spring Semester Degree Conferral Ceremony is held in March of each year. ITASIA students typically graduate in autumn, but may elect to extend their graduation or stay until the spring in order to seek work in Japan.
